Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By submitting your application to the Mara Dancewear Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms should you be selected to join the program. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

1. Ambassador Term

If selected, the term of the agreement will run from the date you are officially welcomed into the program via email until December 31, 2026. The agreement is subject to earlier termination as outlined in Section 8.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to apply for this program. By submitting this application, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read, understood, and agrees to all the terms and conditions of this agreement on your behalf and on their own behalf.

3. Your Role & Responsibilities

Should you be selected as a Mara Dancewear Ambassador, you will agree to:

  • Create and Share Content: Actively create and post high-quality, authentic, and engaging content featuring Mara Dancewear products on your social media platforms.

  • Represent the Brand Positively: Represent Mara Dancewear in a positive, professional, and authentic manner in all online and offline communications.

  • Maintain a Public Profile: Your primary social media profile(s) used for the ambassadorship must remain public for the duration of the term.

4. Ambassador Perks & Compensation

Ambassadors selected for the program will receive:

  • Welcome Package: One (1) leotard and one (1) accessory of your choice (skirts or warm-ups), subject to availability.

  • Exclusive Discount Code: A unique 20% discount code for personal use on our website. This code is linked to your registered email address and is non-transferable.

  • Exclusive Gifting: We will select the most active and engaged ambassadors on social media to receive surprise gift boxes throughout the year. Selection for gifting is based on content quality, consistency, and brand alignment at our sole discretion.

5. Content & Intellectual Property Rights

By applying, you understand that if you are accepted into the program, you grant Mara Dancewear a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, repost, and repurpose any and all content you create featuring our products (including your image, likeness, and social media handle) for our marketing and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, and email marketing.

6. Code of Conduct

If selected, you will be expected to uphold the values of Mara Dancewear. You agree to:

  • Maintain a respectful, kind, and inclusive online presence.

  • Refrain from posting content that is offensive, derogatory, or defamatory.

  • Ambassador Exclusivity: While you are welcome to collaborate with other brands, you agree not to accept or hold a formal 'Brand Ambassador' title (or an equivalent long-term promotional role) for any other dancewear brand during the term of this agreement.

7. Relationship of the Parties

You acknowledge that if selected, no part of this agreement creates any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Mara Dancewear.

8. Termination of Agreement

Mara Dancewear reserves the right to terminate the ambassador agreement at any time, without prior notice, if an ambassador fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Mara Dancewear also reserves the right to modify the terms of the program at any time.
